QWhat does Air Fresh Marketing actually do for the Olympics?
We handle the people side of your Olympic presence. Brand activations, promotional staffing, VIP hospitality, venue operations, event production, digital content — you name it. QHow long have you guys been doing this?
Since 2009 — so over 15 years of events under our belt. We've done 500+ events, deployed more than 50,000 staff members, and 94% of our clients come back for more. We're not new to this. LA is our home turf and big events are our specialty.
QAre you an official Olympic partner?
Nope, and we're upfront about that. We're an independent event marketing and staffing agency. We work with the brands, sponsors, and organizations who are activating at or around the 2028 Games. Think of us as the team behind your team.
QWhat parts of LA do you cover?
All of it. We've got dedicated zone teams for Downtown LA, Inglewood near SoFi Stadium, Pasadena around the Rose Bowl, the Long Beach waterfront, Carson around Dignity Health Sports Park, and Santa Monica/Venice for the beach events. Basically, if it's in the LA metro area, we've got it covered.

QHow many people can you actually staff?
Right now we've got 1,000+ trained people on our active roster, and we can scale up to 5,000+ through our vetted partner network. That includes brand ambassadors, event coordinators, hospitality pros, production crews, multilingual staff, and security-trained personnel. Whatever role you need filled, we've got people ready.
QMy audience speaks multiple languages — can you handle that?
This is honestly one of our biggest advantages. Our team covers 50+ languages — Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, German, Russian, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Thai, and a lot more. LA is one of the most diverse cities on the planet, and our roster reflects that. For the Olympics, with visitors from 200+ countries, this matters a lot.
QIs your staff background-checked?
Every single person. Full background checks — criminal history, identity verification, employment history. We also carry general liability insurance and workers' comp, and we can add your organization as additional insured. We take this seriously because you're trusting us with your brand.
QHow do you train staff for Olympic events?
Every person who works for us goes through our training program. For the Olympics, that means Olympic-specific protocols, venue-specific briefings, brand-specific coaching, and language training. We also cover cultural sensitivity, credential management, and anti-ambush marketing compliance. We don't send anyone out who isn't ready.
QCan I request specific people for my team?
Absolutely. For multi-day or recurring activations, we'll assign you dedicated team leads. If you work with someone you love, just let us know and we'll keep them on your account. Our Silver and Gold packages come with dedicated account managers and consistent team assignments built in.
Pricing & Packages
QWhat do your packages cost?
We're transparent about pricing. No hidden fees, no surprises. We've got three main tiers: Bronze starts at $5,000 (5 ambassadors, 1 venue, up to 3 days), Silver starts at $15,000 (15 ambassadors, 2-3 venues, up to 7 days), and Gold starts at $50,000 (50+ ambassadors, all venues, full games duration). Need something different? We build custom packages all the time.
QCan you work within my budget?
Every proposal includes a detailed breakdown so you know exactly what you're paying for. And yes, we can work within a budget — just tell us what you've got and we'll figure out the best way to spend it. We'd rather build you something great within your means than try to oversell you on stuff you don't need.
QWhat's included in the price?
Staff recruitment and vetting, brand-specific training, uniforms and branded apparel, on-site management, daily reporting, insurance coverage, and transportation coordination. Things like custom booth construction, AV equipment, or VIP hospitality add-ons are quoted separately — but we'll be clear about all of that upfront.
QHow early should I book?
Honestly? Yesterday. But seriously, the earlier the better. Olympic staffing slots are filling up fast, and the best positions go to brands that plan ahead. We're already booking for 2028, so don't wait. Major activations should ideally be locked in 12-18 months out for the best staff, locations, and pricing.
QWhat if I need to cancel?
We get it — plans change. Cancellations 90+ days out get a full refund minus a planning fee. 30-89 days out is a 50% refund. Under 30 days, we've usually committed those resources, so the full amount applies. But we're human about it — if something genuinely unexpected comes up, let's talk.
Venues & Logistics
QDo you actually know the Olympic venues?
We live here. This is our city. While other agencies will fly people in and scramble to learn the venues, we've been working these venues for 15 years. SoFi Stadium, Crypto.com Arena, the Coliseum, Rose Bowl, Long Beach Convention Center, Pauley Pavilion, Intuit Dome, The Forum — we know the security protocols, the parking nightmares, the best places to set up. All of it.
QHow do you handle logistics?
That's all on us. We coordinate staff transportation — shuttles between venues, parking, ride-share coordination. Our logistics team handles deployment schedules, break rotations, uniform distribution, equipment delivery, and real-time comms across every location. You focus on your brand; we'll handle the moving parts.
QCan you staff multiple venues at the same time?
That's kind of our thing. With 1,000+ people available, multi-venue deployments are routine for us. Our Gold package includes simultaneous coverage across all Olympic venues, with dedicated zone managers for each area. We've done this before and we've got it down.
QWhat about last-minute changes?
Welcome to events — things change. That's why we always have backup staff on call and contingency plans ready. In 15 years, we've never left a client hanging. Schedule shifts, venue changes, weather issues — we roll with it and make sure your activation doesn't skip a beat.
Digital & Content
QCan you handle social media and content creation on-site?
Yes, and we're good at it. We run 24/7 social media war rooms during events, deploy content creation teams (photographers, videographers, editors) at venues, coordinate influencers, support live streams, and run UGC campaigns. Same-day content turnaround is standard for us — because nobody wants to post about yesterday.
QDo you work with influencers?
End-to-end. We handle credential management, venue access, content partnerships, sponsored content, and real-time social amplification. We've built solid relationships with LA-based and national influencers across every major platform. If you have specific people in mind, we can coordinate with them. If you need recommendations, we've got those too.
QWhat kind of reporting do I get?
Everything you need to prove ROI. Staff attendance and hours, engagement metrics, sampling counts, lead gen data, social media analytics, full photo/video libraries, customer feedback summaries, and ROI analysis. We know you need to justify this spend to someone — we'll give you the numbers to do it.
International Support
QHow do you handle international visitors?
The Olympics bring 200+ nations to LA, and we're ready for all of them. Our international support includes 50+ language interpretation, cultural ambassador programs, guest services (currency exchange help, SIM card support), visa and credential assistance, and cultural sensitivity training for every staff member. Nobody feels like a stranger on our watch.
QDo you offer real-time translation?
Absolutely. On-site interpreters, real-time translation devices, document translation, signage support — we cover it all. We can even handle simultaneous interpretation for events and press conferences. Whatever language your audience speaks, we've got someone who speaks it too.
