Logistics & Operations
Getting 200 staff to 6 different venues across LA — on time, in uniform, briefed and ready to go? That's a logistical puzzle and honestly, we love solving it. It's what we do best.
15 Million People. 35 Venues. 17 Days. Let's Go.
The 2028 Olympics will be the most complex logistical event LA has ever seen. Over 15 million ticketed spectators across 35+ venues, millions more in fan zones, visitors from 200+ countries — and all of it has to run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
That's the kind of challenge that gets us excited. We've spent 15 years doing large-scale event operations across Southern California, and we've built the teams, the systems, and the operational muscle to make it work. Not just on paper — on the ground, in real time, when things don't go exactly as planned (because they never do).
Real-Time Adaptability
Plans are great. But when a venue fills up 30 minutes early or a storm rolls in, you need teams that can adapt instantly. That's us.
Multilingual Teams
Staff fluent in 25+ languages, because helping someone in their own language is the fastest way to solve a problem and earn a smile.
500+ Events and Counting
Super Bowls, music festivals, marathons — we've done large-scale ops across LA for over a decade. Every event taught us something.

This Is Why You Need a Team That's Done It Before
These numbers aren't meant to intimidate — they're meant to show why experienced operations staffing isn't optional at this scale. It's essential.
How We Train Our Teams
Every person on our logistics team goes through rigorous, Olympic-specific training before they step foot in a venue. This isn't a formality — it's how we maintain the standards that events at this scale demand.
Emergency Response
Every staff member is certified in emergency protocols — evacuations, first aid, crisis comms — specific to their assigned venue.
Venue-Specific Training
They know every exit, every access point, every medical station, and every rally point at their venue. No fumbling, no guessing.
Cultural Competency
With visitors from 200+ nations, our staff understand cultural differences, international etiquette, and how to communicate with respect across languages.
Daily Check-Ins
Real-time performance monitoring, supervisor check-ins, and daily debriefs keep our teams sharp across all 17 days of competition.
